NEW LISTING. This 1456 sq. ft. smokeless/no pet property is set in a quiet neighborhood, nestled underneath the Blue Ridge Parkway. The feel is charming, comfortable, cozy, clean and quiet. Whether you are relocating, house hunting, or putting up relatives everything you need is here. If your child is in a nearby college this place is perfect for a family weekend visit. Need a place for just a few days? Wouldn't you prefer to stay in a home instead of a cramped hotel room? We can be your home away from home. The Master Bedroom features a Mission Style queen size bed room suite and Tempurpedic mattress with over head ceiling fan & light. There is a private TV and DVD player in this room and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has a large garden tub and a separate walk in shower. There are two double sinks, two medicine cabinets and a roomy linen closet.
The Living Room features an open floor plan with a vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD and built in wet bar, plus a library of video’s, DVD’s and books.
The kitchen includes small appliances, cooking & eating utensils, bakeware, pots & pans along with dinnerware, serving pieces and storage items. Everything you need and its own TV/VCR so you can be entertained while you cook. It features a booth style eating nook that seats four, and an additional four people can be seated in the dining room. There is a propane gas grill on the front porch for your use. The large laundry room has a washer, dryer and ironing area all set-up.
The first guest bedroom features a more rustic décor with a queen size bedroom suite, private TV/VCR and large walk in closet.
The second guest room has a full size bedroom suite decorated in a floral design. It features a large computer armoire with printer and speakers. It will soon house our internet hook-up and its own TV. You bring your own computer. There is a large walk-in closet.
The two guest rooms have a shared bath featuring a single sink, a large linen closet and tub.
Guests use their own cell phone. We are not handicap accessible at this time.
Area Description
Asheville and the surrounding area offers: Great food, great entertainment, great folks, great bars and lots of art. Asheville is extremely eclectic with its microbreweries, amazing pizza, exquisite dining, café’s and bistro’s.
You are in the Great Smokey Mountains - Just drive - it's all good.
The Biltmore House & Winery is only 20 minutes away, and the surrounding Biltmore Village is worthy of a day in itself.
The Cherokee Reservation, with Harrah's casino is a little over an hour away. You can gamble, shop, tube the river or take a helicopter ride. Great day trip.

This is a haven for folks that like to antique.
The mall is less than 10 minutes away.

Mount Mitchell is the highest place east of the Mississippi River and in our back-yard.
