Our retreat is nestled in Breakaway Village, NC … near Wolf Laurel.

Area Information

Asheville and the mountains of Western North Carolina. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Mount Mitchell, Grandfather Mountain or Biltmore Estate are easy drives from Beefy's Retreat. Wolf Laurel, Wolf Ridge ski resorts are very close. Hiking, whitewater rafting, horseback riding & mountain biking are all nearby.

charming and accessible

We stayed here while visiting our son. We also brought our dog with us and it turned out to be a great place to stay for us as there are walking trails just around the corner that we could take her out for some exercise on. The apt. had almost everything that we needed (make sure that you bring your own coffee/tea/sugar/spices etc.) and was very comfortable. It is in a great location and even has a washer and dryer that you can use.! You can hear the owners upstairs, which didn't bother us, but if you like complete quiet that could be distracting for you. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apt.and would stay there again.
