Lots of space with open living, dining & kitchen floorplan. Sweet sunroom opens to the kitchen & deck with double French doors and lots of windows for an enclosed porch-like feel. Back deck is to die for; Cable, WIFI, and phone with free local & long distance calling.

Area Information

All just 3 miles from downtown Asheville, shopping, dining & festivities. Or, visit the Biltmore Estate, just 6 miles to the entrance, and ask for discounted tickets to be awaiting you at the house. If you enjoy hiking, the Blue Ridge Parkway is just 3 miles away - or walk the level 3 mile trail right out of the neighborhood (trail ends at Craven's Gap mpm 277.4 on the Blue Ridge parkway and access to the "Mountains to Sea" Trail). Pets ok with acceptance of our pet policy and $10/pet per night.
