Description of the Asheville vacation home rental

Luxurious 3BR 2BA ranch home offers all amenities comfort and style of a home away from home is situated in the city limits of the Asheville on the north side. Fully furnished home master bedroom and bath in same place. Two other furnished bedrooms splits away from master along with full sized bath. Hard wood flooring in the main living room, dining and kitchen area. Laundry area off the well stocked kitchen. Living area has a wood burning fireplace and skylights. 1 car garage, covered deck along with gas grill & large back yard with trees. Home is well stocked for complete relaxation. Call or email to book your special week or weekends. Three nights minimum, will consider 2 please ask. Monthly rate only on certain months avail. just ask.

Close to Downtown about 3 miles, enjoy great shopping and eating establishments owned by locals in the downtown area. Banks, Grocery Stores, Drug Stores and Gas Station near by. Wonderful Beaver Lake within a short walk or drive from home it has a great running/walking track,fishing, water fall and kayaking. UNCA College Campus with in few minutes. The YMCA is less than 1 mile from the home. Experience a short ride to Grove Park Inn for brunch, about 2.5 miles. The Biltmore House about 5 miles. Ride up Town Mountain Rd. and enjoy breathtaking views of the city during day/night.
Travel further up Town Mountain Rd. to Mount Mitchell for hiking, or just enjoy the views Antique Shopping places are all around. The Blue Ridge Parkway entrance is near by. Weaverville is nearest town to home also other small towns surround the Asheville area. Lots of enjoyable activities within short driving distance. Golf, Tennis, Biking, Hiking are all close by.

Asheville has so much to offer for all. Within short day trips to some cute small towns with wonderful downtowns. Cherokee Indian Reservation and Casino (Harrah's) 1 hour drive. Kayaking, and white water rafting all around the area. Several winter skiing places close by. Many cute smaller towns close by to explore.

Was a great place to stay for a last minute weekend trip - lots of room and great yard. Also a great location - only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville!
