Description of the Asheville vacation home rental
This is charming and cozy 2400 sf. house. Is completely renovated and remodeled, has very functional open concept floor plan, spacious bedrooms, excellent baths and great, well equipped kitchen. We provide high quality top grade linens and towels. Charter cable service with TiVo, NETFLIX, 4 flat screen TV in bedrooms, fast speed internet and Wi-Fi, telephone with long distance calls, Desktop PC and printer is provided. Gazebo on deck, and fire Pit in fenced private yard. There are plenty of parking spaces for 8 or more cars on both driveways and in addition long car garage can be used as storage for bikes and motorcycles. Main floor include master suite with Queen size bed, full bathroom with Jacuzzi, large shower and walk in closet. Bedroom has a sliding door to deck in private fenced-in yard. Two other bedrooms, one with Queen size bed and another with two twin beds share the second full bath. Dining/ living area is a center point and is open to the kitchen with bar with stools, also provide access to surrounded bedrooms, second bath, linen closet, main entry, back yard deck and stair case to garage and apartment in lower level. It can accommodate more people if larger group is expected. 700 sf. Mother In-law apartment include kitchen/living area with bar and Quinn size sofa bed. Other part of suite include bedroom with king size bed, computer desk, full bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk in closet. It has separate entry door from side driveway and garage.

If you looking for a comfortable, clean and quit place to stay in Asheville during your vacation or any other purpose - definitely our neighborhood as oldest, well established, safe and friendly part of the city is an excellent choice. My Traditional Contemporary House is conveniently located less then a mile from downtown, little over a mile to Mission Hospital and Biltmore Estate and is a perfect place to live in as well as a gateway to explore all surrounding attraction which Asheville has to offer. With easy freeway access, just a couple blocks to Interstate 40 and 240 and is an excellent starting point for longer field trips as well. This property features magnificent accommodations within easy reach of many diverse restaurant, local shopping and Asheville Mall. This is not only very convenient location but is surrounded by lot of trees so you feel like you’re in the park but still you can see mountains in the horizon above urban development. Perfect retreat after a long day of activities and excitement or just great place to relax and enjoy.
