Spacious 4 bedrooms, furnished, house located 1 mile from the "Gateway to the Great North Woods".

Attached 2-car garage and enclosed porch with fully equipped kitchen and dining area with separate living room allow for a spacious area for multiple couples.

Bedrooms are located on the second floor and each bedroom includes 1 double bed. One full bath is located on the second floor with a half bath located on the first floor.

Amenities include; Heating, electricity, and basic cable TV along with bed linen and towels. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement.

The Ashland area is known as the "Gateway to the Northern Maine Woods". This is the access point to the world famous Allagash Wilderness.

Ashland is also the center of one of the greatest snowmobile trails in the Northeast. The trails are groomed often and connect to all the major towns in the area and beyond.

Presque Isle, the largest city in Aroostook County is located only 22 miles to the east. This city offers quaint down town dining and shopping along with the Aroostook Centre Mall and a Super Wal-Mart.
