House on 1 acre of Park Like Setting!! (#21911)

We had a wonderful relaxed time, the house was spacious and there were many places to sit and read, watch TV, etc. both inside and outside on porches, patios, gazebo's swings, rocking chairs, etc. Easy access to town, yet out in the country feel. Good value, we'd stay here again if we were back in the area. Clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and quiet is what you get with this property. I would not have thought of staying in Talent when I was going to the festival in Ashland, but now I don't know why I would stay anywhere else. This is a great place to stay. Try the local supermarket too. It is cheaper than the Safeway in Ashland and friendlier as well. Talent affords you easy access to Ashland as it is just a five to seven minute drive down the road. This property is good value for you money. You won't be disappointed. As soon as we pulled up we knew we had found a good place. We brought our 4 kids with us ages 17,8,3,1. They could not believe how great the yard was and they ran around "exploring." The spa and fire pit were fun for when the little ones went to bed.The house was super clean and very well stocked. I loved that there was a washer and dryer so I went home with all clean clothes.The rooms were a good size and the beds really comfortable. The price was great,less than I expected for everything there was. Location was good too, close to most of the things we wanted to do. 10 min drive to Ashland super easy. I would love to stay again. I have told all my friends if they are going to the area to stay there. This place was fantastic! It is big and roomy and there is a fabulous back yard! There is a cute ambiance and it is secluded. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat this is the place. It is only minutes away from Medford and other area attractions! This Talent rental is an excellent place to stay. Geographically, it is centrally located to many of Southern Oregon's attractions (rivers, mountains, music, etc.) and permits easy access to Medford, Ashland, and Jacksonville. The home included many amenities that were appreciated. It's "country" location offers a serene setting and the sunroom is a nice feature if you have a pet. Pet walking is most easily accomplished, however, in a Phoenix or Talent park located about 5-10 minutes by car. The kitchen is adequately stocked, though a disposal and additional place settings and cookware would have been nice. This home is WITHOUT internet access, but there is WIFI in "town" (the library is closed, so don't count on that). This home seemed to provide a better value than rentals in Ashland, but you do have the issue of driving 10 minutes to Ashland. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, however. Thank you so much for the perfect place to stay. Your house is lovely, clean, private and serene. We enjoyed the hot tub and the porch and views. The large, well-equipped kitchen was also nice. I highly recommend this house, it would be great for a couple(or 2!) or a family. I especially like the outdoor lights which came on automatically and added a lot of ambiance. Thanks, Linda Swarts I had the privoladge to stay in the durring spring break. My family and i had a great time. This place has it going. The hot tub was great. The bar house in the back makes for a great place to have a small get to gether. The house was spotless much nicer then expected. Even had the little bitty shampoo and soaps just like any nice hotel. The porch goes around half the house how cool. The back yard it self is something to see. If you are going to be around Medford or Ashland and want some privacy and a nice place to stay check this place out.
