Rates posted are for 1-4 guests add: $50 per stay for 5-6 guests. Age restrictions - no singles under the age of 30.
This home is not set up for small children, as there are stairs, light colored carpet upstairs and breakables, owner will consider young children with interview w/parents.

• Deposits: First night plus + Non refundable $100 cleaning deposit, credit card required upon booking for security. Balance due in full 60days prior to arrival. Cancellations: Require 60 days written notice prior to arrival date for refund less $25 fee. Unless home is re-rented, payment of all reservation dates is required. We are a non-smoking home. No pets. Some age restrictions apply- No singles under the age of 30.
   
• Other Fees: This is our vacation home, please take care of it as if it were your own. Our guests are to be responsible and liable to pay for any damages/lost/stolen items during their stay.

Just returned from a 3 days "girls reunion weekend." This beautiful home was perfect for the four of us-well stocked kitchen, luxurious beds, plenty of space to talk, cook, or sew. Location was good for walking into town but also we also appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

When we walked into the house for the first time, it took our breath away. We rented houses before, but very few of them I felt were nicer than mine. I loved this house and so did my family. The owner taste and style of decorating was very similar to my own (and I do design work for a living) and it instantly felt like home! The owner was also very easy to contact with any questions and was great to work with. We plan on trying to go back every year! The cost was amazing for what we got and we had a great time! I promise you will not be disappointed if you rent this property. Just please take care of it because it is so lovely and I want it to stay that way! Sherri Boyles
