The spacious deck off the living room provides a quiet space for the morning’s first cup of coffee or pre-dinner libations while enjoying the magnificent views Grizzly Peak and the mountains of the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument.

Many of the furnishings in the home are antiques that have been in the owner’s family for years.

The home is best suited for adults and respectful older children. It is a smoke-free, pet- free, and street shoe-free property.

The property is within walking distance of the world class
Oregon Shakespeare Festival theaters, and two other regional
theaters. It is a short drive to the Britt Festival and historic
Jacksonville, and close enough for day trips to Crater Lake National Park, white water trips down the Rogue and Klamath Rivers.
