In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are the activities of choice at any one of our four world class ski mountains which include Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. Other winter activities include snowmobile tours in the Maroon Bells Wilderness Area or up Independence Pass, Ice Skating at the Silver Circle Ice Skating Rink just two blocks away and of course dining at any one of our many world class restaurants. Aspen is also world renowned for it's night life with a variety of live music venues, bars and dance clubs to occupy your time until the wee hours of the morning. Summer activities feature just about every outdoor activity known to man. These include hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, fly-fishing, paragliding, horseback riding, Frisbee golf at one of the highest courses in the world and just about any other outdoor activity you can think of. The Silver Queen Gondola runs all summer long to take tourists to the top of Aspen Mountain so you can enjoy spectacular views of the Elk Mountain Range.
