Description of the Atascadero vacation home rental
Half-way between San Francisco and Los Angales in the heart of California wine country this, private, fully amenitized home features, two, 1 bedroom king suites with private baths.
This centrally located oasis, with artistic touches through out the home and garden make Broken Stone Cottage "THE" place to stay.
15 minutes from Paso Robles wine country for nightly or weekly rentals.
Amenities include a gourmet kitchen with signature stainless steel appliances and all necessary cooking utensils. The fully equipped kitchen accommodates those looking for a quiet dinner in, or you dine out at one of the many award wining restaurants we have here on the central coast.
Our suites are supplied with plush, high-thread-count linens and towels. There is a washer and dryer on site, and high-speed internet access.
You can take a dip in the pool (74-80 degrees during the summer months) or relax in the hot tub, and for you movie buffs, cozy up in the living room in front of a large picture window and enjoy a 65" projection TV.
The unique garden setting provides you with many "zones" to sit and watch the sunset after a long day of play. Between the fruit trees, blooming wisteria and the sweet smells of jasmine you won't want to leave.
Local artists are featured through out the house make for great conversation whether you are cooking dinner, sitting by the fire, or enjoying the views.

With Paso Robles around the bend, you are short drive to any winery destination. In a twenty mile radius there are numerous award winning restaurants, two lakes, Madonna Inn, Pismo Beach (famous for the clams and car shows}, Morro Rock, and fabulous shopping in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles. The famous Big Sur scenic coast (which is a wonderful day drive), is just 20 miles away. Here on the central coast we feel like we have a corner on the paradise factor, we want to share it with you. Please come and stay with us and be refreshed, renewed, and rejuvenated, and do it in paradise.
- Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
- Required Stay: 1 days
- Lodging Tax: 10% plus 8.25 %Ca. sales tax
- Deposits: A $500 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a paypal post, personal check or postal money order for the security deposit within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. Upon your arrival, the $500 security deposit converts to a damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit, less the agreed to $100 cleaning fee will be mailed to you within five (5) days of your departure.

All damages incurred will be billed accordingly to the tenants of said rental. Tenants waive all rights to sue or hold responsible, the surroundings, landlords,owners or other guests due to any injury, loss or occurrence thereof, upon, in, or pertaining to said rental and it's surroundings. By renting said rental (Atascadero, Ca.)you signify your implicit, written agreement with above statement.
