Kitchen-Dining room: Open plan kitchen with stainless steel large Bosch refrigerator, built in washing machine -dryer, dishwasher. Wooden worktops. Wooden dining Table with 4 chairs. The room benefits from balcony on two sides.
Location: The flat is 5 minutes walk from Acropolis metro and museum, Plaka and the Herodium. It is situated in a very quiet pedestrian street that ends in steps that lead to Filopappou hill and pine forest therefore no car noise or traffic!
All rooms in the flat are air conditioned have central heating, as well as individual separate heating if required

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement. Il est situé dans un quartier interessant près des commerces: épicerie (SPAR rue Partenonos près de Vekou), boulangerie, etc. Très tranquille car dans une impasse, on n'entend pas les voisins. Au début, il parait dénudé car les pièces sont grandes mais très pratique et bien équipé. On peut y cuisiner, faire sa lessive en faisant sécher son linge sur la corde dehors. L'air climatisée est très efficace et silencieuse. La salle de bain est belle et l'eau chaude abondante. On a marché partout dans Athènes, pas eu besoin de prendre le transport en commun. Cet appartement se trouve à 5 minutes de marche de l'acropole. On se rend rapidement à Plaka et Psirri. Le métro Akropoli est très proche, 5 minutes de marche. Le propriétaire nous a offert une bouteille de vin rouge grec à l'arrivée. Nous n'avons plus eu aucun contact avec lui par la suite mais un numéro de téléphone au cas où, mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin car tout était bien. Le seul désavantage est qu'il n'y a pas de WIFI. Nous avons cependant pu utiliser celui des restaurants. Nous recommandons cet appartement. Jean-Marc et Caroline

Good points: Clean, new equipment, fine view. Near Plaka. Big supermarket nearby. Bad points: Sandwiched between two very busy roads with fast moving traffic. Neighborhood unlpleasant to walk in. Can hear the neighbors very clearly. Elevator good for only 150 kilos at a time.

Bright spacious apartment on a side alley away from the street noise. Huge kitchen, lots of storage, beautiful marble tiled bathroom. Walk to the metro, grocery store, Acropolis in minutes and close to restaurants too!!
apartment was great, it is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. location is excelent.
