1)Art apartment is an affordable stay with the metro station just a stone away .The apartment is equipped with all the modern facilities including Espresso coffee machine,Microwave oven,Washing machine etc.
Since the building is old there's no elevator so a good physical condition is required(4th floor),except that,everything else is made with respect to the people and their needs.
Handmade Carpets from Persia,Afghanistan and Greek villages as also authentic wall paintings and other Art objects make this unit a real optic pleasure.
A baby cot is also available to serve a family with a little baby.
The neighborhood is very residential with 2 bakeries,2 supermarkets,a meat market ,a grocery shop,a pharmacy and a fishing market all on our street.
We have also make everything possible to give you the safest stay by providing safety tips on both our units(safety doors etc)
With the metro station at your feet the access to all the important sightseeing is quite easy.We provide FREE wireless internet access and many complimentary stuff.
There is a 32' LCD TV at the living room and a 21'CRT TV at the bedroom.
The apartment is also ideal for long term stay as we very often accommodate people coming for business trips
A small library is available,including guide books and maps.
All this at the price of a youth hostel!!And the most important:No hidden charges that in the end make the unit cost double the money(departure cleaning e.t.c),an unpleasant Surprise...
2) Our second apartment,the ''Chic&Cheap'' is an accommodation in Athens also made to serve as many needs of the guest as possible,the same qualities that the Art apartment presents and still the best prices,considering the amenities that we provide.(second floor with elevator,pictures from 17-25)

The National Archaeological museum is 10 minutes away by bus and a metro stop just 7-8 minutes walk
Our prices:33 euros per night for 2 persons during the Low Season and 35 euros for the High Season for 2 persons.
4 more persons can be accommodated for an extra 5 euros per person (6th stays for free!!!)

We loved staying at Eleni's apartment even with two adults and three easy-going kids. The small covered porch was great to eat on. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well cared for. A small but well equiped kitchen allowed us to do a lot of cooking. The fan was essential in hot weather. Eleni is incredibly nice and helpful and gave us great advice for our stay. This is where we will stay when we come back to Athens. This is a great value.

An excellent apartment to make your home while staying in Athens. The owner is most helpful with lots of excellent recommendations. The apartment is spacious with an outdoor area for dining. Within short walking distance to the metro and only 10 minutes into center of town. Plenty of near-by bakeries, supermarkets and coffee shops. Apartment is on top floor of 4 level building, but is not too difficult to climb to. We managed with two kids and a pushchair!

Eleni's one bedroom apartment is like one in a Woody Allen movie with Manhattan's cozy yet romantic and intellectually inspiring apartment. The music collection is superb (a lot of classical), original paintings on the wall, beautiful outdoor terrace. Basic but working kitchen, clean everything and Eleni's personal touches are everywhere. We loved it and if we ever go back to Athens we are staying there. I will recommend it all my friends. Neighborhood is residential, convenient for transport, grocery shopping, etc. On top of that Eleni's charming and friendly personality will win anyone's heart.

"Beautiful apartment and Eleni is so wonderful"
My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is cute and comfortable. The outdoor breakfast patio and espresso machine just superb touches. I can't say enough nice things about Eleni. She was waiting for us when we arrived to she us around and how everything worked. A luggage issue meant we spent 2 days on Athens without luggage but Eleni talked to the baggage service for us, told us where to go to pick up some clothes and essentials, and even gave us her cellphone for two days so the baggage service would have a way of contacting us! The apartment is in a very convenient location just off the metro. Eleni also gave us wonderful dinner recommendations, and sightseeing tips for the res of our time on the Greek islands. I definitely recommend staying at the art apartment.

"great value for money with the most accommodating hostess"
Apartment was cute, cozy and clean. The hostess, Eleni was fantastic, went out of her way to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. We had a fantastic time and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay!
