SPACIOUS 135M2, SAFE ZONE, ECONOMIC

I can't say enough good things about this place. It had everything we needed and even things we didn't even think about. It was very comfortable, had all the amenities, and was situated in a nice area of athens. Bus stop was right outside the apartment. Mini-market across the street. We loved the apartment, especially with having young children. They loved having a video game system in the apartment. It was definitely a home away from home! Dimitri was very professional, answered all questions, and the reservation process was easy. We hope to be back again!

The apartment in the charming residential area of Maroussi, Athens (I particularly liked those cosy orange tree-lined streets), is spacious (this is probably an understatement; the living room alone is the size of your average flat) and equipped with all the amenities and creature comforts you can think of, including a Sony playstation console.

Dimitris was indeed a very kind and helpful host. A nice touch was some food and juice, in addition to the standard fare of coffee and tea, that he left for us in the fridge as well as (free) bus tickets for a bus line around the corner taking you straight to the city centre.

Every room (5) has access to two large balconies stretching around the whole apartment.

All in all, great value for money. Worth coming back.

We spent three perfect days in athens over New Year 2011/2012. The flat in Maroussi was a perfect alternative to a hotel room. Our family with three children aged 14, 12 and 11 felt very comfortable in this really luxurious flat. Even some drinks and food were available upon arrival. A supermarket in walking distanced allowed us to equip ourselves with the required meals and drinks. Dimitris is a very pleasant landlord and was available at any time in case of any requirements. W-LaN and a X-box game console helped to cover some unused time in between. In case we travel again to athens, this flat will be our choice. A clear recommendation.

We had a very good time in this apartment. With a big family with 5 children we had plenty of room which was very nice. The metro station is on walking distance so it was easy tot get to the city centre.The only two things which can make this apartment more comfortable are a microwave and a tumbledryer. We would shurely recommend this place to our relatives.

spacious living room, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. safe and quiet neighborhood. mini-market and a supermarket within a short walking distance. the metro is one bus ride away (bus stop sits on a corner across the apartment) or 5-10 minute ride by taxi (3-5 euros). it was unfortunate that there was a transportation strike but dimitris (property owner/manager) was very helpful in keeping us informed. he was very accommodating and helpful. i definitely would recommend this apartment.

Dimitris is such a great host and the apartment is great! Upon our arrival we found a bottle of wine, a cartoon of milk and orange juice and all different kinds of snacks. We thought that was very thoughtful. The apartment is really nice, well equipped and in a very convenient location. There was plenty of clean linen and kitchenware. It really felt like home. Like home apartment is truly a wonderful spacious place to stay to enjoy the sights of Athens and surrounds. It is extremely comfortable with air conditioning in all bedrooms and huge living room and wrap around balconies to enjoy a glass of wine or two! Highly recommend it to those who don't want to those who don't want to be in the City centre and prefer the luxury of a leafy Green suburb like Marousi. It has a very cosmopolitan café and restaurant culture and fantastic shops.The special extra hospitality provided by Dimitri was much appreciated

"This is a lovely very huge apartment. It consists of 3 good size bedrooms, a large family bath, kitchen and huge dining room/family room combination. Our host helped to make our stay most pleasureable. All sorts of information about the area & attractions, Routes for the bus & metro and a map of relevant locations were provided. He even took the extra time to prepurchase bus tickets for our first bus trip for us. Also the extra touch of having some food and bottled water added to the fridge upon arrival. When we came the taxis' were striking and the host came and picked us up from the PRostaxios. YOu will love the quiet setting of this apartment, its size and spacious decks. It is truly a home away from home."
