It's constructed in the 2007 and decoration and equipment is brand new. The apartment is fully equipped. There is one bedroom, with a 140x200 doublebed, and a living-dining room with a sofa bed 140x200, that can fit up to 2 persons. Both rooms have autonomous air condition. The dining table and the living room can fit up to 4 persons.There is a LCD television with greek and international channels and a dvd player with films. In the living room there is an open plan kitchen, fully equipped for preparing your meal. There is also a Bosch coffee maker that can prepare many beverages.There is one bathroom with warm water all day. Washing machine is provided. Tip 1: use the tram train to go to marina Flisvo in the sunset. The view of the sea and yachts is fabulous. You will see many Athenians with their families. Many bars, restaurants and little candy shops are located in the pedestrian street of the marina.
Tip 2: use tram to go swimming in the beach or to see places not accessible by metro, like Panethinaick stadium where olympic games took place in 1896.
Tip 3: use metro to go around Athens and see all the monuments. Don't have to use any taxi. Use metro to go to the airport too.
Tip 4: in case of strike in metro use tram for your movements. If you like to walk Acropolis is 20 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
Tip 5: use metro to go syntagma square. You will find ermou street with many clothing shops.

Around the apartment and in less than 3 minutes walk you will find all you need for your comfortable stay. There are two supermarkets, two grocery shops with fresh fruits and vegetables, minimarkets opened on Sunday, butcher, candy shop, a bakery shop, five restaurants to taste the Greek Souvlaki and other Greek tastes, a 24h snack café bar and a 24h kiosk. There is also a pharmacy and bank with ATM. Every Saturday there is a flea market in the area with fruits and vegetables. In 3 minutes walk you will find the tram stop and in 6 minutes walk the metro station. In 15 minutes walk there is a multi cinema, also accessible by metro in one minute. Acropolis is 20min walking distance. With metro is 3 minutes.
