Safe, private, quiet area with this fully furnished apartment available for vacation and short-term rentals. NW metro Atlanta location has one bedroom with king bed and large closet, one full bath with tub/shower combination. Living room opens to the kitchenette/dining area that has all the amenities,(including a Pur water filter on the faucet) you need for a carefree stay. Many extras including an electric fireplace in the living room for toasty comfort in the winter. The apartment stays refreshingly cool even in the peak of the southern summer, 26" TV with numerous premium movie channels, digital music, weather on demand, and secured high-speed wireless Internet.

Area Information

Great location in a quiet, clean, safe, well-established neighborhood convenient to all Atlanta attractions. Located less than five (5) miles from the NW end of Atlanta’s I-285 perimeter, eight (8) miles to I-75 freeways and 30-40 minutes to the Atlanta airport. A 5 minute drive gets you to downtown Smyrna (new and very nice. The Marietta Square with the recently renovate Strand Theater (historic, quaint and adorable), Cumberland Mall (newly renovated with great restaurants and shops), historic Vinings, Cobb Energy Center, and the Chattahoochee River are 10-15 minutes away. Kennesaw Battlegrounds (a Civil War National Park), Six Flags and White Water are 15-20 minutes away. Closest colleges are Southern Polytech, Kennesaw State, Life Chiropractic, and Chattahoochee Tech. The area has great restaurants, theaters, strip malls, and shopping galore. You have all the convenience of Atlanta attractions close by without all the traffic, craziness and congestion of the metro area. It's a nice alternative to a hotel or extended stay experience. You'll feel like it's your home away from home.

Wonderful Hospitality

My husband and I have stayed in many vacation rental properties, but we have never experienced such hospitality by the owners. The apartment was so clean and every possible thing we could want was provided. I always take items with me that are usually missing in the rental homes, but I didn't need one thing here. It was a wonderful stay in Atlanta and we will plan to return to the "Cozy Smyrna Apartment".

Very comfortable well furnished unit in a quiet suburban Atlanta neighborhood. You will not find a better value and the owner was wonderful. She did everything possible to make sure we were well taken care of.

The apartment was great and our hosts were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The electric fireplace in the living room kept us super cozy as we cuddled up with popcorn and a HBO movie in the evenings. It's a good place to relax. The bed was wonderful - really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. It was clean, comfortable and a much better choice than a hotel room for the two weeks we were in Atlanta. It was fully equipped with everything needed to make us feel like we were at home. The TV has all the premium channels and the wireless Internet was FAST.
