Ask about our Buckhead Location (#19853)

Write a review I stayed at this rental for nearly 2 weeks. The location was incredible. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Supermarket, Movie Theatre, Target etc a stone's throw away. The apartment complex is connected/part of a swanky hotel (Twelve Hotel). You are able to use their business center for free and the gym/pool i believe. A shuttle comes by every 15 min or so and takes you to the MARTA. Or downtown is about a $10 cab ride away. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and the landlord very responsive . Totally showed me he cared if I was enjoying my stay. I believe he has other apartments in the area (buckhead i think) and would not hesitate to rent from him again. In fact I will on my next biz trip and regret letting everyone else in on this gem... The location couldn't have been better. The unit was comfortable. Many good restaurants and shopping areas were right there. Parking was a bit of a challenge but would definiely stay again. The condo was very convenient for a family of three - all amenities were self-contained in the unit, plus the swimming pool and gym were at our disposal. The location is central to groceries, shopping and downtown - which was valuable. Most important of all, our landlord was quite hospitable and accomodated our requests, makingour stay a very pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of having rented this unit twice for two different clients… They were extremely happy and one even extended their visit because of all the convenience, view, and beautiful condo itself… The owner visited once and he (Brad) was more than accommodating to my client. Thank you Brad for such a great experience and I will be renting for you again and I 1,000% recommend your unit over the many other units I have rented temporarily…. My fiancee and I needed a transistional residence after our lease ended, but we had yet to find a new home. For five weeks we enjoyed scenic views, convienient shopping, and great restaurants while staying here. In addition to the location, which puts any and everything you could want to do at your feet, the unit was stylish and comfortable with cable, internet and phone. Publix also will deliver groceries to your door, which happened to be on the 15th floor. We enjoyed our stay here thanks to the many varied and excellent restaurants, and the beauty of the views. In addition we were excited to have a private getaway where we could wake up to the sun rising over all of Atlanta.
