Description of the Atlanta vacation condo rental

New townhome with hardwood floors, full kitchen with black granite countertops, designer furniture, 1/2 bath and balcony on kitchen level, full separate tub shower and double vanity in master bath, tub/shower combo in second bedroom on the roofdeck level. Fantastic view of Atlanta skyline from top level roofdeck! Private garage parking for one vehicle, 2 additional parking spaces reserved. Queen bed and double sleeper sofa in master bedroom (and crib if requested in advance), queen bed in second bedroom up spiral stairs. Fitness center on property. Beginning April 1, 2009 minimum of one week rental rate.

Next Art Stroll is Friday, May 22nd! We currently have availability for that weekend at a SPECIAL rate of $149/night! Castleberry Hill neighborhood is Atlanta's hot arts and loft district. Within easy walking distance are shops and restaurants (Slice, No Mas, Paschal's, etc.). Within 1 mile (walk if its nice weather) is the Georgia Dome for sporting events, Philips Arena for concerts and events, and CNN Center. Less than 2 miles is Georgia Aquarium (one of the best and largest in the country), Atlanta's financial and downtown district, a children's museum, and more than we could possibly include. Centrally located to other Atlanta attractions as well. Great for vacation or for corporate rental. Come have a fun time in Atlanta!!!

 Loft + Penthouse + Neighborhood all in one!, April 23, 2009

Townhome was way over the top! Gorgeous interior, views, furnishings, layout. Everything was high-end and sytlish. Decks were great hang-out spots, we cooked in the gourmet kitchen, big TV was a treat! Met the shop owner across the alley (very nice), walked the neighborhood, enjoyed the quiet. It was quite literally the perfect combination of privacy, style, location, and class all rolled into one loft space. Managers Angela and Bill couldn't have been nicer to us--very thoughtful and responsive. I know where I'll be staying whenever I return. Smart travellers will book this place in a heartbeat, and have bragging rights to bring home, I guarantee it. Bravo!
