I was supposed to use the property for one week during the summer of 2009 and made the appropriate arrangements two months ahead of time. Per the contractual agreement, I submitted a prepayment of half the weekly rental rate, to guarantee availability of the unit, for the desire period. Less than 2 weeks before my agreed upon time of use for the rental property, Angela (the owner) informed me that they had elected to sign a long-term lease with another tenant and that the property would no longer be available to me. To make things worse, it took two requests and an inquiry from my credit card company for me to receive a refund of my prepayment. A total lack of professionalism and customer service is what I experienced, to say the least.

Townhome was way over the top! Gorgeous interior, views, furnishings, layout. Everything was high-end and sytlish. Decks were great hang-out spots, we cooked in the gourmet kitchen, big TV was a treat! Met the shop owner across the alley (very nice), walked the neighborhood, enjoyed the quiet. It was quite literally the perfect combination of privacy, style, location, and class all rolled into one loft space. Managers Angela and Bill couldn't have been nicer to us--very thoughtful and responsive. I know where I'll be staying whenever I return. Smart travellers will book this place in a heartbeat, and have bragging rights to bring home, I guarantee it. Bravo!
Thank you so much for having me while I was waiting for my new condo to be completed! Everything was great, I really enjoyed my stay.
