I would definetly stay here again! The house was beautiful ! Everything was nice, neat& clean. The owner was REALLY sweet & stayed in constant contact prior to my arrival date. I would absolutely rent here again !

I check all my emails daily and respond it as soon as I get them. It must be due to a wrong spelling email address. The second contact choice is my cellular, which I respond it all the time. I apologized for the inconvenience.

We needed a place where we could cook and care for our baby and 3-year-old and this was a great solution. It was so much better than a hotel with none of the stress and hassle. The only complaint we had was that the two living room sofas are awful. Sit on one and you'll sink deep and struggle to climb out. Other than that, it was a terrific stay at a convenient location.

This Location Was In A Nice Neighborhood & Close To Several Well-known Venues. The House Was Definately Large Enough For The Cookout/party That We Held. Large Backyard & Front With Seating On The Porch. The Hospitality Was Outstanding & Very Much Appreciated. Unfortunately, Our Gathering Occurred At The End Of The Week That A Major Storm Hit The Area. We Were Left W/o Hot Water & Had To Travel 20 Mins Each Way To Get To The Other Property To Use Hot Water. At First The Other Property Sounded Like A Great Idea, But As Time Winded Down For Your Event To Occur, It Became An Inconvenience To Travel To Due To Travel Time. Yes, The Property Manager & Owner Did Attempt To Compensate With Throwing In Extras Here & There, But Most Turned Out To Be More Hassle Than It Was Worth.
Owner's reply:
This was the first time that it has happened. The property can suit to 9 people, comfortably. More than that can cause an over worked of the water heater furnace; in which, it can take some time to reheat the water.

The home was in a very peaceful area. Minor cleaning discrepancies but overall the place was nice. Great location and only about 20 mins from downtown. The backyard could stand some attention.

One night in a Cozy Home

Some associates and I spent a weekend night in the home. There weren't any major issues with the home itself. It did its job. The biggest issue was with the backyard. The ad says great for kids, but even I was scared to go out there. It is in need of some attention.

Many families have enjoyed a great big time out on the patio having BBQ or just a relaxing time with family as children and pets. I understand that some people like the outdoor more than others.

We arrived there on Friday and found out the back door didnt lock and I tried to get a hold of the owner and she never called me back luckily there was a stick to put in the door.The bed and couches were horrible.The shower clogs right away so you are ankle deep when you shower.The floors squeak really bad so when someone walked everyone woke up.I won't be staying there again.It is a cute house but I think a hotel for me next time.

The back door for the patio has a new lock. There is a new sofa bed in the leaving room. The showers are working perfectly.

House was nice & cosy even nicer than pics. Convenient location close to I85 & stores great deck & backyard a bit unkempt though & very little lighting on deck - still very nice. Walk with insect repellent if you want to spend time on deck after dark. Overall it was great will definitely want to stay there again.
