Two story townhouse located in Lawrenceville, GA. Minutes from downtown Atlanta and centrally located among major Georgia destinations. The townhouse has three (3) bedrooms with two and a half (2.5) bathrooms. It has ample living and dining space to provide comfort to a family of six and their guests. The townhouse is situated in a well maintained developement that has the feel of the suburbs. The area abounds with shops and resturants which allows it to meets the needs of the most discriminating persons. The property manager is within the complex which gives immediate access to problem resolution.

The surrounding area is in Gwinnett County which is the most progressive county in the state of Georgia. New development and growth abound throughout the county. Many well known shops and dining resturants are prominant throughtout the area. Lawrencewville, is a quiet surban community with the convenience of an urban setting.

Everything about this rental was top shelf. It felt truly like a home away from home. We may stay there again next year if it is available. It was a 3 bedroom townhome with more than enough room for me and my adult daughter and son. Nice quiet neighborhood also. Thanks Bob

My family and I stayed at this property. It was very spacious and family friendly. It accomodated 4 adults and 3 children comfortably. The location of the townhouse was perfect.Nice yard in a quiet peaceful areas. The owner was very friendly. Price was reasonable. When we return to Georgia we will stay here again. I will definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

We had to evacaute for Hurriane Gustav. Glad we pick this townhouse so much better than staying in a hotel. Bert the owner was very nice & friendly. The townhouse was very roomy. It was 4 adults & 3 kids (ages:12,2&9 months) The townhouse was cleaned & well decorated. Lots of resturants & shopping in area. Great location, great parking, very nice neighbors & quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

This was our first trip to the Atlanta, Georgia area. The location of the townhouse was very convienant and in a nice area. The price was very reasonable and affordable. The townhouse was very roomy. We were 4 adults and 3 children ages 11 to 4. I would have liked to have a bit more recent information on the local attractions and the town we stayed in. As a first time visitor to the area that would have been nice. But my overall feelings are that the townhouse was very very nice and we enjoyed our stay. I would definately stay again. Thanks
