The boardwalk,beach,and ocean are less than a three minute stroll. Bike rentals are found on the boardwalk. Jetski and various types of sail and motor boat rentals are a short car ride. A fishing pier which extends into the ocean is a short walk. A new large playground for the children with volleyball courts ajacent to it, outdoor tennis and basketball courts a few blocks away also. We are near to local restaurants. A bus stop on the corner goes to all the casinos and amusments in minutes. Houses of worship are near with some a few minutes walk or drive.
