Description of the Auberry vacation cottage rental
Clean, beautifully furnished & well-equipped 2 story family cabin in the Chamberlands. All new appliances in kitchen and laundry room. Sleeps 8: master bedroom with queen bed, two twin beds in each of the other bedrooms, and a queen sofa bed in the upstairs living room. Please---no pets , no smoking
Deck on the 2nd floor with lounging & dining furniture and new propane barbecue.
Satellite TV with DVD player in living room and master bedroom. Wireless internet, stereo IPOD/CD player, games and a few toys (backyard swing, horseshoes, darts).
Within walking distance to Chamberlands private beach (shuttle provided). Swimming, paddle boats, dock, restaurant. Lifeguards on duty.
Many activities in beautiful surroundings; hiking, biking, sight-seeing, boating, dining etc. Five miles to shopping and 20 miles to Casino�s.
Rates: SUMMER SPECIAL: $1000 week (7 nights). Cleaning and hotel tax included. (Savings of $175). If rented for less than 6 nights: $140/night plus 10% hotel tax and cleaning fee. Two night minimum. July 4 holiday excluded from above rates:
