Description of the Austin vacation condo rental

My lovely large studio condo (500 sq ft) is in the heart of Austin, blocks from both the historic Hyde Park neighborhood and the UT campus, and 2 miles from downtown Austin. You can't beat the location for convenience.
The main sleeping area is cozied off by a 4-foot wall. On the other side is the living area, with a comfortable futon that can also sleep two.
Fully-equipped large kitchen, wifi access, TV and DVD player, swimming pool just steps from the door, laundry facilities, and tons of natural light.

Area Description

2 blocks in one direction takes you to I-35. Two blocs in the other takes you into a beautiful residential walking neighborhood, Hyde Park. It's a gorgeous one-mile walk to coffee shops, restaurants, a community park.
The property is in the middle of a lush courtyard of a small gated apartment complex, but has no common walls with any neighbors.
Also, only 7 blocks away is a large grocery store with a huge natural food section, and more restaurants.

Quite a nice condo, especially for the price. Not modern (if that's what you are looking for), but clean, comfortable, quiet. It has a nice feel to it with an open floor plan and the complex its in is quiet as well. Much more quiet than the hotels where my colleagues stayed! Its also convenient to downtown. The best part is Karen, the owner. She was so pleasant, prompt, and flexible!! I had a late flight in and then was late leaving, and she made it all flow nicely. Would stay there again!
