Austin was perfect for a vacation! I found the Grove home through by the cool pictures and accommodations. This house was only 15 minutes from the airport & from downtown. My friends and I wanted to stop and shop for groceries on the way in so we did not have to go out if we did not want to.
Check-in was personal and easy. Lisa was friendly and described how all the features worked in the house including the coffeemaker (very important to me), the flat screen TV, and the laundry room - this was very convenient so I could get my clothes clean and fresh every day.
The Grove house was urban chic and very luxurious to live in. I loved sleeping in the king size bed (I don’t have one) and to wake up underneath the oak trees with doves cooing below! The tree tops were right outside the master window (and dining area). This house is so comfortable, quiet and clean, it made my vacation very relaxing. The walk-in made finding clothes each day very easy. Even though only a few friends came this time, the house would have been comfortable for all 8 of us.

My friends and I ate breakfast at home under the trees because we had shopped for yogurt, cereal and fruit the evening before. But for lunch (and dinner) there were so many choices we just had to explore.
The next day was a sleepy go of it. But we went shopping on South Congress (Maya’s is a fun place), unique food and good wine. After conquering the parking challenge, we ended up at Enoteca on the corner of South Congress for a late lunch because they had awesome food and wine! We ordered a smorgasbord of food because there were so many choices. The waitress was patient and helpful explaining the things to try.
All bedrooms are on the second floor (be aware if stairs are difficult for you) and a deck surrounds the master bedroom on this floor. Everyone slept comfortably and had everything they needed. The bedrooms are tastefully and comfortable fixed up. I wish I could do the same at my own house! The washer/dryer laundry facility on this floor takes the worry away of having enough vacation clothes! Everyone really enjoyed the stay.
I will be back to Austin and will look up this house again!

Eight guys, four days, three nights and great weather. The house itself was in great shape and was a cool design. The location was perfect with athletic facilities within walking distance and downtown a short drive. The only thing needed on arrival was to stock with food, drinks, and soap. Definitely would consider renting again.
