Description of the Austin vacation home rental

A beautiful custom built home built in 2002. It features state of the art equipment including a heated pool and hot tub, two kitchens upstairs and downstairs, two 50ft by 10ft covered porches and all stainless appliances Outdoors by the pool their is a Fire-Majic rotisserie grill. You can cook 5 chickens at one time on the roisserie or a whole pig! It's an incredible set up. The home has braodband internet, wi-fi and cable, four color television sets, surround sound, and an incredible custom built wet bar. If that isn't enough there is a spacious living room upstairs with a 50 mile view of beautiful Lake Travis and the surrounding Hill Country. The master bedroom and bath include his and her sinks, a huge bathtub, glass shower, and a walk in closet. Along with all these one of a kind ammenities, you have access to my 22ft Wellcraft speedboat. The boat is in the water, in a slip and ready to go! Use of the boat is absolutely free of charge. It's use is included with the rental package! It is the best deal on Lake Travis, pound for pound for the price, NO QUESTION!!!

Area Description

You are surrounded by the beautiful Texas Hill Country, the famous Perdenales Country Club, owned by Willie Nelson and home of his recording studio, and Western town! The newly built Hill Country Galleria is down the road 15 minutes. Out in the country, but close to big city living. It is truly one of the most unique places I have ever seen in my life! There are seven 5 star golf courses within 30 minutes of the house. One of the finest, if not the best restaurant in Travis county is 5 minutes from house. It simply has it all!!!

One of the finest restaurants in Austin, Tx. is less than 3 miles from this property, the Backstage Steakhouse, voted best restaurant in Austin 3 years in a row, as good as it gets. The Chef that was President George Bush's favorite chef in Austin is the reason why it is what it is. An awsome Marina and store, which offers all sorts of water sports, if it has to do with water, its there. Also, its the home of Country music legend Willie Nelson, and his famous Perdenales Counry Club, and his recording studio. One of the most challenging 9 hole courses in the Austin area. Also, there are 15 5 star golf courses within 30 minutes of this property, so it pretty much has it all. If it doesnt have it, you probably don't need it. It also has a 22ft Wellcraft EXCEL skiboat, that comes with the propery for free, no charge. It is simply the finest home and ammenitities of any home on lake travis for the price. And excellent place for retreats, birthdays, reunions,and bachelor and bachelorette parties. A real treat, with a view for 50 miles.

We were totally amazed by this wonderful retreat and all the amentities!! Will was incredibly helpful before..during...and after!!! The home was much more than we anticipated!!! The pool lit up at night..with the hills view of Lake Travis..from the awesome second story balcony..was breathtaking! We will definitely be back next summer!! Thanks Will for making it a GREAT weekend!!!

Our family had a reunion at this home and it was wonderful! The home was spacious and suited our large family gathering plus the pool was absolutely fantastic. It's a great location extremely close to the Briarcliff Marina and only 10 minutes to great places to eat. The beds and furniture are extremely comfortable. We would certainly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay at Lake Travis. You will have a wonderful time in this home!
