Welcome to the Super Mod Swanky Home-- only a few blocks to SOCO and Downtown--perfect location.
This home is furnished with all new appliances, towels, linens, just show up and play! Location is just great...Restaurants, Lakes, Downtown, Parks, Playground, Hiking Trails, Bar, Grocery Store, Shopping Store..just within a few minutes away.
For beds-- we have 2 bedrooms with a queen in each, then the large living area has a sleeper sofa + separate queen mattress on floor, and single futon to sleep 9 max.. The famous Barton Springs is just ten minutes from you...go and enjoy swimming most of the year.
We have a fenced yard for your doggie- no extra charge, but we require a $250 deposit for a dog.
