This villa offers a sweeping pacific view from the large balcony. A luxury 4 passenger golf cart is included for exploring Th island. This large (963 sq. feet) one bedroom plus den offers all of the conveniences of home!

Area Description

Secluded behind a guard gate, Hamilton Cove has its own private tennis courts, beach, and three story clubhouse with an expansive pool deck that overlooks the sea. A spa, two saunas, and a fitness center are also available for your enjoyment.

There are also reserved yacht moorings in the cove for guests. Hamilton Cove, like Catalina Island itself, will be here for many lifetimes to come. This classic island getaway, so beautiful, so unspoiled is so close to Southern California - only fifteen minutes by helicopter or an hour by boat.

You can visit the desert or the mountains. There are plenty of both. But a Pacific Island? This is a treasure for only a few special people.
