Spacious 2 story bayfront in the quiet, desirable Lagoon area ("Fingers" area) of Avalon. Ideal for two families or extended families. First floor features family room with fireplace, kitchen with dining area, living room with dining area, televison with TIVO, DVD, queen size sofa bed, laundry room, master bedroom with queen size bed and private bath with whirlpool tub. Second floor features 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (bedroom has opening to living area below), 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 full bed, 3rd bedroom with queen bed, 1 full bath and loft area with television. There is a deck with a hot tub which can be entered from the first floor family room and master bedroom, and wireless internet service is provided. There are 4 deep water boatslips--owner will occupy 1 boatslip on the far right of the home, 3 boatslips are offered in the rental of this home--and a swim ladder on the dock.

Avalon is located on the beautiful, exclusive Seven Mile Island in New Jersey. There is a wide white sand beach with lifeguards. Avalon is close to Cape May, Wildwood, Ocean City and 30 miles from Atlantic City.

The house is on the bay, 3/4 mile from the ocean beach and a mile from the shopping area of town, restaurants, etc.

• Deposits: Initial minimum deposit of 50% on rentals of 2 weeks or less; 25% on rentals of 3 weeks or more with additional payment schedule. ALL BALANCES must be paid in full 30 days prior to check-in. $500 security deposit, payable in final payment, shall be held as security for cleaning and/or damages to the premises. No payments will be accepted the day of check-in.
