• Deposits: We require a 50% deposit to hold the property, plus a $35 processing fee. The deposit may be made by personal check, if the reservation is thirty days prior to arrival. If the reservation is less than thirty days we require certified funds. We can hold the reservation for seven days pending your deposit. Security Deposit: We require a $250 security deposit to be held during the rental period and for up to 30 days after departure. The security deposit is to cover any damage or excessive clean

I couldn't believe I found a house to rent so inexpensively in Avalon! It's a simple, cute house with a nice view of a park, just a few blocks from the beach...just add beautiful weather!
