Large 1BR/2BATHS condo is available for rent. This is a very unique bldg. Lofts w/ 11' ceiling height located on a beautiful marina. Just minutes away from Aventura Mall.

Marina and promenade right under your large balcony.

This apartment is fully equipped with 1 Queen Bed as well as a sleeper (pull out) sofa in the living room, can sleep 4 people comfortably.

The kitchen is very modern, marble finishes throughout, it is equipped with a large fridge and other major appliances plus all cooking supplies, plates, cups etc etc.

2 well appointed full bathrooms, marble finishes.

Washer and dryer.

High speed wireless internet included.

Valet parking available for $3 daily

RATE:
CLEANING FEE: $80 one time
Parking: $3/daily for building's valet SELF parking

Area Information

Plenty of foliage surrounds the property, amenities include a beautiful pool, hot tub, gym, outdoor tennis, 1/2 basketball court, steam and sauna facilities, sports lounge & business center. Located in an upscale neighborhood. Grocery store, restaurants and the fabulous Aventura Mall all within walking distance. Only 15 miles north of downtown Miami and South Beach. The beach is only a 5 minute car ride away.

I strongly recommend this apartment(loft). All the amenities are new, great furniture, the location is awesome, close to supermarkets, aventura mall, and the beach is a 5 minutes drive. My husband and I had the pleasure of renting Marina's beautiful Aventura Florida condo this past March 2013. The condo was immaculate, spacious and loaded with amenities. From the moment we walked into the building and then the actual unit we felt totally comfortable. The twinkling lights of the marina, in the evening, made the view from the balcony and living room spectacular. The location is equally fantastic. Within a 10 minute or 20 minute walk you are surrounded by great supermarkets, restaurants, shops, hair and nail salons and the Aventura Mall. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked for next winter, 2014! Marina - you are a pleasure to deal with. I'm so thrilled we found you and your condo! Bb

Our stay was outstanding. Walking distance to grocery store, and restaurants(coffee shop). Aventura mall is close also, but I would drive. The inside was very CLEAN! I am always skeptical on cash deals when im on the internet. She told me not to worry, she is right on! This is First class all the way!! Go and enjoy S. Florida! Thank you for a great trip.

Stayed in Miami for a week in late May-early June 2012. In the apartments have everything you need to rest without problems: modern kitchen with all necessary appliances, washer and dryer ... Really liked the spacious living room with stained glass windows from floor to ceiling, so the spectacular views we were able to enjoy from our sofa. Nearby are a good Italian and Chinese restaurants, Aventura shopping mall, where we advise to visit the Cheesecake Factory. We rented a car, so the 10-minute drive to the beach, as well as to all the attractions of Miami Beach was not a problem for us. An excellent choice for a small family!

Amazing Loft & Location, Great Owners

My wife and I rented Marina's loft for the first week of March 2012. We were amazed at the unit and building. We have been travelling to this area of Florida and have found the best place to rent by far. Marina & Mark were great owners and have done an amazing job of having a place that has all the same comforts of home. We will continue to use her Loft each time we visit in the future. Very nice condo. Beautiful marina. Beautiful view. Excellent gym, pool,courts and parking. Quiet, reserved, well located. Apartment is spacious, clean, new and has everything you need. Owners provide with excellent assistance. Definitely , if not the best, one of the best choices if you want Aventura!
