We love staying at the Yacht Club, the location is close to everything. The property is taken care of very well, and we like that there is security and you don't have to worry about vandalism. There is a community grill that is cleaned and a great place to meet people. The pool and jacuzzi area is quite large and you never feel crowded.

Our place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We were met and given the key even though it was after midnight. That was a nice touch. The place was quiet and very secure. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was no toilet tissue, kleenix or paper towels which would have been a nice addition especially being that we arrived too late to get to a store and we all assumed that at least toilet tissue was provided. We also had trouble with the wifi connection for a few days.

A wonderful month in Aventura, Florida

I have just returned home today from my months stay at the Yacht Club. My wife and I found it to be a very pleasant experience. Not only was a our condo great but the facitiies are wonderful. The swimming pool area is marvelous, it large and gives one the impression that you are at a resort given the beautiful large palm trees that provide wonderful shade for those who wish it. The barbecue area is amazing to. Just acrosss the street is an amazing walking trail which is 3 miles long and starts and ends at the yacht club entrance. I loved walking there every day. I always felt safe there and within the Yacht Club compound. I found the Yacht Club maintenance and security staff friendly and oblidging to. My wife and I have decided that we will be renting there again from Eduardo next Feb, 2012.

Very nice place, convenient to the mall with the free shuttle system. The condo and amenities are great and if you like running like I do, the 3+mile loop around the golf course is fantastic. Both Eduardo and Manuel, the realtor are accommodating and trustworthy.
