Our family stayed in this apartment over the holidays and were very comfortable. The staff in the building were amazing and the location was great. We liked the split bedroom and bathroom set-up since we had lots of privacy. The balcony ran the full width of the apartment and the view was spectacular. The owner was available by email which made arrangements convenient.

We stayed in the condo over a month. The apartment had everything we needed, very nice and clean. We traveled with our 2 children and they had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. Very near to the Aventura Mall and had a nice walking trail around the golf area. Highly recommended for families and couples. The apartment owners are very nice and trustful. Looking forward for next summer!!!

Our family stayed in this condo over the holiday break. Appliances were almost new, bedrooms and baths were clean, and the apartment had everything we needed to make it a fun, easy stay. The nice pool was a plus, service in the building was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
