Description of the Avon vacation cottage rental

Our little bungalow is located 3 lots back from the ocean. It is quaint, charming, and everything you want out of a beach cottage. Designed to entertain family and friends and enjoy the beach.

Interior is light and airy with great Caribbean paint colors, hard wood floors. Back yard is grass (real grass) and great for cooking out, hanging out, dancing, or whatever pleases you and the yard is fenced in for those who need to be contained (pets included). The back yard is connected to a covered patio if you want to be out but weather does not permit.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, living room, full bath, and kitchen with deck off of the kitchen
Sleeps 8 including a pull out sofa
Downstairs: Large bedroom with queen bed and bunk beds, office, living room, bath with shower and covered patio Sleeps 4
We do have cable, telephone, washer, dryer, coffee pot, grill, bottled water, air conditioning, heat, VCR, DVD, stereo, dishwasher, microwave, outdoor shower.

For a great ocean view, you can talk a short walk day or night to the beach. I strongly suggest watching the sunrise and full moons over the ocean.

The OUter Banks of North Carolina are a great place to visit. With natural beauty to be enjoyed, fishing, surfing, the arts, history,lighthouses.
