Description: Fred's Shed is located on the North end of Avon (Kinnakeet). The beach is within easy walking distance. Less than a mile from both sound access (Wildlife Refuge area) and 4 x 4 beach access. A short drive (7-8 miles) to the Hatteras Island light house and park area, a shorter drive to the "Canadian Hole" (one of the premiere kite surfing/ sail boarding spots on the East coast) and more beach access (4 x 4 ramps), and an even short drive (long walk for the adventurous) to local shops and restaurants.

Fred's Shed was awesome, walking distance to the beach, fenced back yard, clean, everything we needed to take a break with our two Aussies, we will be back!
