$1,000 for 2 weeks
$1,400 for 3 weeks

Deposits: 50% of rent and deposits due at time of reservation with balance due 30 days prior to check in
$500 security deposit, which is fully refundable upon inspection of home

Non-Refundable cleaning fee of $75.00

Cancellation Policy: All deposits and payments are refundable, provided a 60-day notice is given or dates are re-booked.

Area Information

Nice home with split floor plan in the west valley of Phoenix. Peaceful and quiet – greenbelt behind the home. Easy access to I-10 and 101 for shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, sightseeing, pro baseball spring training fields, the Cardinals Stadium for football and other events, Glendale Arena for ice hockey and concerts, Phoenix International Raceway (NASCAR) and more. Within short distance of historic downtown Glendale with antique shops, about 25 minute drive to the Phoenix International Airport, 3 hours to Grand Canyon – closer to Sedona, Flagstaff or Tucson. Also nearby are The Wigwam Resort and Spa with world class golf, plus the White Tank Mountain Preserve and Wildlife World Zoo. 10 – 15 minutes to Luke Air Force Base.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as advertised and the landlords were very accomodating. The property was centrally located for things we wanted to do and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We would not hesitate to rent the property again.

This home was as advertised and more. The owners were very freindly and made our say very pleasant. The house was in a great location in a quiet nieghbourhood and central to all attractions (shopping, baseball, hockey, & sightseeing). I would recommend this rental to my friends and family.
