Description of the Azle vacation home rental
This property is ideal for families, or business people traveling to the Dallas Fort Worth area. Why pay for a hotel room when you could have a whole house with a pool, beautifully appointed, sleeping up to 7 people? It is also ideal for up to 3 couples wishing to holiday in Texas.
This is an open concept home, built in 1975. It sits on 10 acres of land. The living room has patio doors and large windows looking over scenic rolling hills. A wood burning fireplace adds to the homey feeling of the sitting area of the living room during the winter months.
There is a large covered patio outside the living room. The living room / dining room is separated from the large, well appointed kitchen by a bar.
The kitchen area has a walkout to a deck and patio with a built in swimming pool.
There is a separate mother in law suite opening from the kitchen, with a three piece bathroom, bedroom with a queen pillow top bed, and a sitting room. The couch in the sitting room could sleep an extra person.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and is tastefully decorated with an African theme. It has patio doors opening to a small patio.
The master bedroom, with a three piece en suite bathroom features a king size bed, and also a walk out to a small patio.
There is covered parking for two cars, with plenty of space for trailers, etc..
The house is freshly painted and well appointed with good dishes, kitchen equipment, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, fridge with ice maker, stove, and a garburator.
There is white ceramic tile throughout the house.
There is a door from the kitchen into the garage, where smoking is permitted, if the weather outside is inclement.
A courtesy local "pay- as- you go" local cell phone is provided.
Rates are negotiable if your stay does not fit in with the parameters I have set up.
Experience a true Western atmosphere with the full meaning of "Southern charm", where all meet you with a smile and a "y'all" as part of the greeting.
This is a very private, and safe neighborhood.
The lane coming in from the main road has access to only 10 homes. One neighbour owns and trains horses. You might be sitting on the deck and have a cowboy on a horse amble by, saying "howdy"! You might wake to the sound of a donkey braying.
The address is Azle, Texas, not Fort Worth, but it is only a 20 minute drive to downtown Fort Worth.
Azle, Lake Worth and Weatherford are only about 15 minutes away, and have all the shopping amenities. Azle boasts a brand new world class library, with free internet access to all.
Fort Worth has world class museums, galleries, shopping, and a lively night life with jazz cafes, Western entertainment and also a remarkable concert hall.
Dallas is about an hour away.
The historic stock yards boast plenty of tourist attractions, including a daily long horn cattle drive, and also Billy Bob's, the world's largest honky - tonk western bar.
This is lake country, with access to water activities.
