Description of the Babylon vacation apartment rental

Lovely area tree lined streets. Private home with wonderful garden area. Beautiful,newly decorated one bedroom first floor apartment with private entrance. large bedroom, queen bed, lg closet, new flat screen cable TV. Queen size convertable couch in living room. new flat screen cable TV in living room & bedroom, hi speed internet, dvd,cd. Galley kitchen complete with full size refigerator, freezer micro/convection oven electric stove all dishes utensils glasses, pans etc. everything you will need and more. Patio with grill.

You will be greeted with a bottle of wine & snacks also first morning coffe & tea (milk & sugar) and a tray of pastries. Beach towels & sand chairs to be used during the time of rental supplied. Possible use of robes to be used during your stay

You will feel at home immediately. The apartment is very inviting bright & spacious with lovely paintings and a warm inviting decorating.

Whether you want to spend the day in Manhattan a one hour train ride away, or go to the beach and relax and walk on the beautiful beaches 20 mins away. Play golf on one of the many golf courses open to the public including the championship Bethpage State Park course which is only 20 mins away. You need to reserve your tee time. There are fishings boats if you like to fish, only 15 mins away..

What ever you choose maybe renting a bike and discovering the bay, all of the boats on the canals, Argyle Pks pretty lake and waterfall, just going in and out of the great little shops in town.

When your back to your apartment unless you choose to eat out you can relax and if your lucky you can grill your fresh caught fish on your patio or maybe just enjoy a glass of wine.

Area Description

Babylon is a small village located on the great south bay.
It is centrally located and convenient for many interests.

A day in manhattan is only a one hour train ride away. Many people from Babylon commute to manhattan it is very convenient. Babylon is a quaint little town that is a good place to come home to at the end of the day.

If you decide to take the ferry ride across the bay to fire island the ferry is only 15 mins away or you can drive over the bridge and go to Jones Beach and walk on the boardwalk
and grab a bite to eat or swim what ever you choose.

You may want to take a day and visit the wineries and visit some of the towns like the Hamptons depending on traffic about one and a half to 2 hours away.

The thing thats so great about the Babylon area is that you have so many choices your not just stuck at the beach or stuck in manhattan what ever you choose to do it is up to you.
