Description of the Bal Harbour vacation condo rental
This unit is a very special unit in terms of location and size. If you are not familiar with the hotel, there are a few things that you may want to know. This unit is on the north side which is the preferred side because you can see straight out on the beach and all the way up the coast. On the south side of the hotel you cannot see down the beach because the apartment building to the south is too close and blocks the view. One more and very important thing is the size of the units available. This apartment is the largest of the suites available. The master bath has a double shower with two Raincloud shower heads and two hand held shower heads. The walk-in closet which connects the master bedroom with the master bathroom is 12 feet long for plenty of space for your clothes. Many of the other 1 bedroom suites at the hotel have only one shower in the master bath and only 6 feet of closet storage space. The den in this unit is also much larger as well. You will have all of the same access to the hotel amenities and free valet parking. This was the most anticipated hotel opening of 2012 as deemed by Forbes, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, Miami Beach, has arrived. Luxury awesome view

Luxury I spent 8 nights in the most wonderful place on earth. The condo has the finest décor and layout that I could imagine. I have stayed once before for 6 nights at the St Regis and the suite was not as large as this one (I paid more for the smaller suite on my first visit...You live and you learn). The fotos do not show how nice you will feel when you walk in to the apartment. I did not want to leave! Thanks to the owner for being so helpful. The staff and hotel are 5 star also. Just got back from a fantastic stay at the st Regis bal harbour the one bedroom suite I would say is an absolute 10 the first night I stayed in the hotel because The owners rental was occupied it was the same suite square footage wise but The owners rental unit had a much better layout and a spectacular view you have access to all the amenities that the hotel offers but at a discounted price Something that stood out was the amazing communication I had with the owner he goes above and beyond to make your stay a true pleasure and is a true gentleman as I have read in other reviews and now i can attest to myself. I find it is crucial to deal with an honest individual when renting a property from abroad and he certaintly meets that criteria.I would highly recommend this unit and I will definitely be back real soon !!! Thank you again Kevin and the st Regis staff for a truly unforgettable experience

We would just like to extend our gratitude for having enabled us to have such a relaxing holiday. The apt was the perfect retreat and way surpassed our expectations. The intricate detail and design of the apt. and the spaciousness added to the luxuriousness which we were surrounded in. We were spoilt with every amenity of comfort and bathed in the glory daily. Every morning we lay outside on the balcony on the most comfortable sun loungers and just lapped up beauty of the ocean at sunrise, The view from both balconies were spectacular. All we can say is, it was well worth travelling the ten hours; for Although the weather was not great, it didn't really matter as we were able to enjoy the apt to its full potential. We will definitely recommend you to our friends, and hope to bring you customers in the near future. My wife and I would love to come again too. Thank You so much again for everything.

Everything was amazing ! The actual unit was luxurious and spectacular. The grounds were pristine and the staff (and Kevin) were a pleasure to deal with. Some things were a little pricey but that is to be expected at a stellar resort like this. The Remede spa is one of the best I have been to. In general I am a picky traveler and I did not have one complaint....You know it is an awesome place when I started to plan my return vacation while I was still at the resort!

Our stay was magical. I have never been so excited about a place that I stayed. I did not want to leave and Iâm working on my next stay now. The beach was fabulous. The apartment was luxurious and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The master bathroom was extra large with a TV in the mirror and dual shower heads made for a romantic vacation. The balconies were large and private with a spectacular view of the ocean and coast. The water was a clean, beautiful blue. Both pools and the beach have exceptional service. The gym had state of the art equipment that I did not get a chance to use as much as I planned. I found that the gym always had fresh apples, towels and bottled water. The location was great. It had easy access to the Bal Harbor shopping mall, outdoor cafes and restaurants. The WIFI was fast and dependable. The business office had state of the art equipment for my printing, faxing etc (I only worked for 1 hour). On my second day, I discovered that the lobby lounge offers complimentary coffee and tea to go every morning. This apartment is a cut above the rest. Thanks for an experience that offered exceptional value.
