Beautiful home on Seneca River, just outside of the quaint Village of Baldwinsville, NY. 3 Bedrooms, has beds enough for 8, but plenty of extra room for cots. 1.5 baths, HUGE livingroom, large kitchen with ceramic flooring, new appliances and beautiful stone hearth over the stove. Very sunny breakfast room facing the river for a gorgeous view while you're having your morning coffee. There is a boat launch, along with a 30 foot dock. Very close to Cross Lake. Outside firepit. Two level deck with furniture. 100+ ft of river frontage. Feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, but you're only 3 miles from the nearest highway.

Seneca River has the best fishing in the area. Nearby Coopers' Marina has all of your fishing needs. The Village of Baldwinsville is a quaint area, with restaurants, museums, shops. The Oswego-Oneida Historic District is listed on the New York State Register of Historic Places. The district contains many fine examples of 19th Century architecture including Greek Revival, Federal, and Italianate. Canal Lock #24 ,located in the heart of Baldwinsville, is one of the busiest along the 524-mile Historic Erie Canal System.

Beaver Lake Nature Center is just a mile up the road.
