Description of the Bandon vacation condo rental

This is a luxury ocean front condo (2 units, 1800 square feet each). Each unit has 3 bedrooms with an unobstructed ocean view, with an even better view from the great room/kitchen area. There are 2 ½ baths in each. Completed in 2003, they have all the amenities with lovely granite, marble and tile kitchen and bathrooms. The master suite has a 2-person whirlpool tub and a shower.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door, dishwasher, and gas cooking appliances.
The great room has a cozy gas fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD with movies, a balcony facing the ocean, and magnificent views of the ocean and the offshore islands that make Bandon on the Oregon Coast so beautiful.
There is a private sheltered deck on the east off the master bedroom, a two car garage, laundry facilities, gas BBQ, and everything you need to make your stay a memorable one.
Sleeping arrangements
The north unit sleeps 8. It has a king in the master suite. Downstairs is a full bath and one bedroom with a queen, and another bedroom with two twins (that can be converted to a king). There is a full size futon in the upstairs great room, and a 4" twin foldout sleeping pad.
The south unit sleeps 9. It has a king in the master suite. Downstairs is a full bath and one bedroom with a queen, and another bedroom with a full and a twin. There is also an extra twin mattress and a twin foldout 4" sleeping pad.

Area Information

Bandon is a fun family vacation spot, but is world renown for it's golf courses. Special rates are available to our guests at Bandon Crossings Golf Course just 5 miles south of this small town, and the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is just north of town.

Bandon has amazingly beautiful beaches. Beach combing is extraordinary as well, and beach access is at either end of our block, with both trails/stairs maintained by the state of Oregon as part of it's Oregon Islands Wildlife Refuge viewing area at Coquille Point. Bird watching can easily be done from inside, as well. Nearby horse stables take riders right onto the beach for a unique experience, and kayakers can explore the local marshes.

OUTSTANDING STAY!!!

What a great property. Had a family get together/50th wedding anniversary trip at the property for our parents and had a wonderful time. The views were spectatular from the living room/dining room/kitchen area. Beach access was fairly easy down the stairs, and the beach was really clean and beautiful. The house was super clean, large enough for a group of 8 and the rooms were nice and big. The ammenities were perfect, and the kitchen was outfitted very nicely. (Cooked the fresh crab that we caught each night for dinner!!!) We had such a great time that we decided that we would do this again next year. The weather was perfect, sunny but cool in the 50"s...you need a light jacket and dont worry about brining hair spray...you dont need it...the wind takes care of your hair for you!!!HaHa. Bring a pony tail holder...you will need that! Our trip was spectatular and everyone had a great time...even my dad who didn't want to go had a great time and said he would go again! That say A LOT!!!

Back in Bandon

We have vacationed in Bandon at least 10 times since 1998. We have stayed the last 5 times at "All About the View." We would not continue to stay in the same place if it was not as wonderfull as it is. There is a short walk to the beach when we want to go there, yet it is high enough up on the bluff to be away from everything and just enjoy the view. It is also only just over 1 mile to old town Bandon, with its quaint shops, seafood, and the crabbing pier. It has always been, and will always be, our favorite family vacation spot.

This vacation home was AMAZING! So many accomodations! It was great. If we forgot anything you can sure that we could find it in the house, from shampoo/conditioner to spices and baby spoons! It was very clean and well maintained! Would be the only place we stay when we visit Bandon again!
