To make your stay in Pattaya a pleasant and memorable one, we offer several fully appointed ocean view studio units at the brand new View Talay 5 Beach Condominium right on Dongtan Beach in Jomtien. This condominium not only right on the beach but also centrally located on the main thoroughfare (Thuppraya Road) with many public transportations ready to take you to Pattaya city center.

This beachfront condominium is located in the most desirable location on Jomtien Beach.

Just a hop, skip, and a jump and you will be relaxing in your lounge chair enjoying all the beach has to offer.

This complex includes all the amenities including laundry service, mini-market, internet cafe, travel agent, car and motorbike rental, and restaurants. It also includes a large and beautiful community swimming pool and 24 hour security with parking.

Located right next to door to Jomtien complex which offers a variety of entertainment ranging from fine dining, pub and cabaret style bars, gym, internet cafe, spa and Thai Massage and many other entertainment and service features. There are also many other venues in the area within walking distance offering every sort of entertainment and services.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Our daily/weekly/monthly rate includes all the amenities mentioned above as well as utilities (electric and water), weekly cleaning, and weekly changes of towels and bed linens. Each time your room is cleaned, we will supply you with enough towels for the whole week.

Airport/hotel pick-up from Bangkok can be arranged for you by us and the taxi will meet you at the airport or Bangkok hotel and take you to our unit at a cost of 1400 baht.
