 Beautiful!, March 2, 2010
By Megan (Davidson County, NC USA)
This cabin was so beautiful! It had everything we needed while we were there and it was larger than I was expecting. It was very comfortable- the beds were comfy, there were more than enough linens, the washer and dryer were plenty big enough, and the kitchen was well stocked. The only reason it didn't earn five stars was that it was 40 inside the house when we arrived and the pipes to the downstairs toilet was frozen and didn't thaw for a full day- there is no central heat, but lots of heaters. But this is the mountains after all and it was right after a blizzard. The beautiful stone fireplace did the trick in warming it up (and they provided firewood!) This cabin was waaaay up a hill (they ask you for 4WD for a reason!) but the view was amazing and it was a stunning location. The owners were great and very helpful. We had a wonderful time and we'll be back! OH and there is a hill for sledding in the front yard! We were going to drive around and look for somewhere to sled, but we didn't have to go anywhere!

 Can't Wait To Return!, October 18, 2009
By Roy Watford (Lexington, S.C.)
This was my first time renting a cabin, but Barbi made it very easy to get. The questions were answered quickly and the information was great and precise. We arrived on a Friday night and left on Sunday morning. It had snowed overnight which made for a nice surprise Sunday morning. Two turkeys crossed the yard Sunday morning...cool to see. All activities were easy to get to from the cabin (we were there for the Wooly Worm Festival) but did a lot in the time we had. Cannot wait to go back!

The cabin was more than I expected! Very clean and equiped with all you need for your stay. The owner's are very nice and helpful from your inquire to the last day of your stay. The cabin is located in a secure area that is within minutes to all there is do enjoy. Our family will be calling on this cabin again. Soon! Thank you again for a wonderful Christmas vacation.

 BEAUTIFUL!!!, March 5, 2008
By Cierra Rakestraw (Panama City Beach, FL)
This cabin definately exceeded our expectations. Barbi is very flexible and easy to work with. The cabin was very secluded and beautiful and it gave us the peace and quiet we needed. We arrived late on a Thursday night with about 10 inches of fresh snow everywhere. I definately will be staying here next time I go skiing in NC, and I will definately be coming back to stay in this cabin!
