This newly renovated cottage offers a great vacation house in the Mountains for a romantic getaway or family vacation.It is centrally located near Boone, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls, Sugar and Beech Mountain Ski Resorts. Cottage on the Round is a spacious one bedroom with all new interior that includes hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, and all the extras that make this cottage a great place to stay. The living room, with a sleeper sofa, has a wonderful gas fireplace and is decorated with an upscale mountain motiff. The living room looks out onto a private deck that is surrounded by native hemlocks and rhododendrons and also has a private hot tub to sit in and listen to the bullfrogs sing their summer songs. The peace and beauty of this spot will make you want to come back again and again.

This cottage is in a private community with it's own groomed trails to the top of the mountain, swimming pool, tennis courts, ponds, fishing, playground, horseshoes, and volleyball. You can also walk to the local bakery for coffee and muffins in the morning.The river is a short walk across the street, feel free to use the fishing pole provided to catch your very own rainbow trout. Use the bikes for a morning ride through the community. Tennis rackets and balls provided for quick game of tennis. Be sure to relax on the swing by the pond, while listening to the soothing sounds of the river. For our winter season guests, 2 sleds are available for your enjoyment.

• Deposits: Half of the rental fee is due upon booking, and the other half is due 2 weeks before rental date. If last minute booking all of fee is due upon booking.
   
• Other Fees: A $60 cleaning charge is added to all rentals. There is a $25 pet fee for people that wish to bring their pet.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the cottage. We were there for 3 nights and 4 days. We wanted a romantic get away and we got it at the cottage. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to the cottage for another get away.

Thanks, Casey! My husband and I had one night to get away to Banner Elk to ski. Casey, the owner, was very courtious and easy to work with. The cabin is in a great location; right between Boone and Banner Elk. The cabin was clean and beautiful. We had a great time and hope to come back to stay longer! Thanks again, Casey!!!

Thank you Casey! We had a wonderful time, wanted to stay longer. You did a great job decorating the cottage, very comfortable and relaxing. Impressed with how clean everything was.
