• Required Stay: Minimum 2 nights
   
• Deposits: 50% of the rental amount with the signing of an NC Vacation Rental Agreement; 50% of the rental amount, $100 cleaning fee and $100 security deposit a week before the rental begins. The Security Deposit is to be paid by separate check and will be voided and returned if there is no damage to the property.
   
• Other Fees: The rates quoted are for four (4) guests. Additional guests: $25 per person, per day. Rates subject to change. Please review the rates before confirming reservation. Tenant signing the lease must be 21 years of age, or older.

The location of the cabin to town and other locations is excelent. The furnishings and decorations were very nicely done, with everything that you would want to have for a vacation getaway. We loved having a garage to park your vehicle in, so as not to have to go out into the rain once you do get back from where ever you have been. The outside fire place was very warm and nicely decorated with enough furniture for everyone to have a confortable seat with tables for your drinks or whatever you are having. We loved our stay at the cabin and are looking forward to another stay at another time.

Loved our stay at this ca 1920 cottage on a quiet woodsy old lane. Out the bedroom window is an apple tree by a mountain brook, with hillsides beyond. While it was snowy outside, the gas logs in a large stone fireplace warmed up the whole place. If you just want to stay in, there's a great kitchen with lots of pots for cooking. Drove up a curvy road behind the cottage to see some beautiful vistas and found ourselves in the highest town east of the Mississippi (Beech Mt). Who knew!? An amazing cottage. We really enjoyed it.

If you are looking for adventure or a peaceful mountain getaway here is your chance. This roomy quaint cottage is prefect for the whole family; this location puts you right in the middle of an adventurous fun filled days with a winery, theme park, and shopping all within driving distance. If nature is what you want you can see plenty of scenery from the car or get out and do any of the many tours, parks rafting, canoeing or skiing. Then dine at any of the great dining places right there in Banner Elk or any of the other neighboring towns. With all of that said two of the most relaxing hours I have ever had were just sitting out on the front porch listening to the babbling brook nearby.
