This 8 acre property is surrounded by a park-like setting with opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, sledding and cross-country skiing right out the back door.
Self catering Shawnee Mountain Lodge is located 2 miles from downtown Banner Elk at 4,200 ft elevation. The main lodge consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 baths all on one level, with wood ceilings and floors. You'll love the pure mountain spring water, fully stocked gourmet country kitchen,and the beautiful view from the front porch dinning table. The lodge was completely remodeled 2000.
The entire lodge rents by the week or month.
The barn on the property is a perfect place for a rustic high country wedding or other event. It offers 3000 square feet of space with heat, electricity, and plenty of tables and chairs. Your guest will also love the festive fire pit.
