The contemporary chalet style log home is designed with the Maine vacationer in mind. It has the perfect accomodations for use by a family looking for a getaway or a group of friends for a reunion. The interior is of the traditional style; the architecture is comfortable and airy. The Maine home has a three story split plan that includes two bedrooms, extra large sleeping loft with sitting area, two bathrooms, fully appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room and living room. The family room on the lower level has a sitting area suitable for an office, and of course there is a large wrap around deck.

The Log Chalet coastal vacation rental home, located in Bar Harbor on Mount Desert Island Maine, sits atop the hillside of Frenchman's Bay providing views and access to Frenchman's Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

We have furnished this vacation rental home to easily accommodate six adults. We offer the standard amenities that we desire when we vacation including: fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, television and VCR/DVD. Television service is provided by DIRECTV satellite.
