• Deposits: Rentals will be considered "booked" upon receipt of one half of rental cost. Rentals will be considered "confirmed" upon receipt of the second half payment, due at least 2 weeks before start of rental.
   
• Other Fees: A security deposit of $400.00 is expected with first half of rental cost. The security deposit of $400.00 will be returned to the renter upon completion of the rental period followed by an inspection of the owner. A cleaning service fee of $65.00 will be ducted from security deposit.

The owner, Mike, is a great guy. He was very helpful and fun to be around. The house was immaculately clean and the location is understanding. It seems to me that one would have a difficult time finding a better bargain to enjoy Bar Harbor! Art DuBois

We had the pleasure of renting this home this past summer and had a fabulous family vacation! The house was immaculate. Michael, the owner, welcomed us with fresh Maine blueberry muffins, milk and animal crackers for our children, coffee,& OJ for the morning. We had ample room for the 4 of us, 2 adults, 2 small children. The house was 1 block from the ocean and an amazing sandbar at low tide that our children loved, and was walking distance from everything in downtown Bar Harbor. Acadia Nat'l Park is so beautiful with more outdoor activities than you can think of. We loved it and will continue to return year after year!
