Description of the Barcelona vacation apartment rental

A very comfortable penthouse (90m2 or 965 ft2), located in a small exclusive passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real - 10 minutes walk to Colón and the beach-. The building itself is a modernist work of art -1858-, recently renovated. There's a lift/elevator and it has a porter.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious living room furnished with two sofa-beds and a dining table for six people. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one double twin) and another bathroom.

There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, shops and boutiques, banks, etc. Barceloneta beach is within 10 minutes walk. It is a perfect base for sight-seeing and night-life. Most tourist attractions and major city sites are within a walking distance, or at worst - 10 minutes by public transport. Metro and bus stations are near by, and it's easy to find a taxi.
