It occupies the entire first floor of a four storey buiding that was completely renovated during 2004. This apartment is very well equipped with a complete American kitchen including dishwasher, washer and dryer, hob, oven and microwave. It has a full bathroom including shower over the bathtub, separate bedroom with double bed and living area with a sofa bed. There is complementary ADSL service and a telephone for incoming calls. A very comfortable designer furnished apartment.

This penthouse apartment has exclusive access to a large 40 m2 terrace equipped with sun loungers.

The location is very central for the attractions of Barcelona. Just a few minutes away is the Santa Caterina Market with a wonderful selection of fresh foods and restaurants. It only takes a few minutes more to arrive at the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral or the Ramblas. We recommend this apartment to those seeking a central but quiet location.
