We arrived about 4 pm and the owner, Michael, was there to greet us and show us around. The most important thing about the apartment, other than it's beauty and comfort, is it's location. Could not have been better. We walked to the beach, yacht harbor, Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, museums, etc. And what a quaint pretty little neighborhood - but it is actually in the city center. We plan to return.
